Forgetting Sarah Marshall is a 2008 American romantic comedy film directed by Nicholas Stoller in his feature directorial debut. It was produced by Judd Apatow and written by Jason Segel, who stars as a music composer who goes on vacation to Hawaii to move forward from a painful break-up.
